Account deletion

Delete your Augmora account.

You can delete your account in the Augmora app at any time. If you can’t use the app, ask us by email.

In the app

Open Augmora and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Account, then Account settings.
Under Delete account, tap Review account deletion.
If you’re the only owner of an organization, choose a verified team member to become the owner first.
Type DELETE, then confirm with your password, or with Apple or Google if that’s how you sign in.
Keep the app installed until it confirms the deletion.

Haven’t verified your email yet? The Check your inbox screen has a Delete account button too.

By email

Can’t use the app? Email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm the request is yours before we delete anything.

Never send your password. If you used Sign in with Apple or Google, you can also remove Augmora in your Apple or Google account settings.

What happens to your information

Deletion can’t be undone. Once your request is accepted, your access closes right away and the cleanup finishes in the background.

Your sign-in account and password. When you delete in the app and sign in with Apple, Augmora’s access to your Apple Account is revoked too.
Your private profile, including your profile photo.
Your access to every workspace and organization.
Invitations sent to you. Invitations you sent that no one has accepted are cancelled.
When you delete in the app: unsent messages and uploads waiting on your phone, and downloaded previews.

Messages, files, deliverables, comments and decisions you shared stay with the workspace for its members. Your name on them becomes “Deleted member.”
We don’t edit what you wrote or uploaded, so it can still contain personal details. Review it before you delete your account.
Copies other members already downloaded can’t be erased.
A short record that the deletion happened, so an old sign-in can’t restore access. It stores a one-way code instead of your account ID, and never your email address or password.
